You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account management area after logging in and navigating here: https://sitejelly.com/dash/my-account/
Cancellations will not automatically be given a prorated discount, and it is your duty to notify us if you would like us to give you a backup of your website before it is taken down at the end of your current subscription cycle and if you would like a prorated refund for the remainder of your subscription cycle. We are not obligated to maintain a backup of your website on SiteJelly’s systems after your subscription with us has expired or after the end of your last billing cycle.
Flat-rate and one-time purchases for website creation are final and cannot be refunded. However prorated refunds for hosting & maintenance subscriptions can be received at the request of the customer. It is the duty of the customer to create a support ticket to inquire about a prorated refund.
