If you would like to cancel your SiteJelly hosting and/or maintenance plan, all you need to do is navigate to Your subscriptions settings at https://sitejelly.com/dash/my-account/subscriptions/ and click on “Cancel” next to your subscription. You can also get in touch with support if you need help.
But what about my site?
After the last day of your already-paid hosting period, your website will no longer be live on the internet with SiteJelly servers. If you would like to have a copy of your website so that you can either save it for later, move it to another host, or just as a keepsake, you can reach out to support and we will give you a .zip copy of your entire website. We can give you this copy for as long as the files are on our server, but we are not obligated to keep any files after your hosting plan’s cycle is over, so please request this as soon as possible.
